Adel Storage has 2 basic sizes of units:
13'x30'(11.6'high)and
10'x25'.
Most units have dirt/gravel floors and some have concrete floors. Occasionally we have Open parking.
13'x 30' units rent for $130 monthly, deposit = the rent .
10'x 25' units rent for $65 to $70 monthly
depending on the favorable
location ),deposit = the rent.
10'x 25' (with concrete) $85 rent.$85 deposit
Open Parking $60/$60 deposit
